Kristine Kucera, DHS, MPAS, PA-C

Kristine Kucera completed a bachelor’s degree in physician assistant studies at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and a master’s degree through the University of Nebraska Physician Assistant Program (specializing in dermatology). In 2006, she received a Doctorate of Health Science degree through Nova Southeastern University of Florida.

Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, Dr. Kucera holds membership in the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants. Additionally, she is a Past President of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.

Dr. Kucera has published articles in the peer-reviewed literature and has presented posters at national meetings. She serves on the editorial board of the Journal of Dermatology Physician Assistants. Dr. Kucera lectures nationally on several dermatologic conditions and has a particular interest in the treatment of psoriasis; she is also active in multiple funded studies. Dr. Kucera has been practicing dermatology in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for thirteen years.
