Target Audience
This CME activity is designed for dermatologists who treat patients with psoriasis.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
  • Review the mechanism of action of T-cell agents and anti-TNF agents in the treatment of psoriasis
  • Differentiate between the anti-TNF agents and T-cell agents
  • Summarize clinical experience with long-term use of biologics for psoriasis
  • Discuss practical guidelines for long-term treatment of patients with psoriasis

The Dannemiller Memorial Educational Foundation is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Designation of Credit
The Dannemiller Memorial Educational Foundation designates this educational activity for a maximum of 1 AMA PRA Category 1 Creditâ„¢. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Method of Participation
This activity should take approximately 1 hour to complete. The participant should, in order, read the objectives and view the presentation including the question and answer session, complete the posttest, and complete the registration and evaluation forms. To access the posttest and registration and evaluation forms, click on the "CME/CE Posttest" icon at the end of the presentation. To receive credit for this activity, follow the instructions provided on the posttest. Credit is valid through December 31, 2007. No credit will be given after this date. There is no fee associated with this CME/CE activity.

Upon successful completion of this activity and posttest, a (CME) certificate for up to 1 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM (CME) will be issued online and the participant will be able to print the certificate at their location. No additional certificate will be mailed. The participant will have unlimited access to their personal transcript, documenting their participation and achievement.
