Activity Overview
New data on the use of biologics has emerged in 2006. The purpose of this meeting report is to present an overview of salient developments in the use of biologics for patients with moderate to severe psoriasis.

Target Audience
This activity has been designed to meet the educational needs of physicians and other health care professionals involved in the care of patients with psoriasis.

Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
  • Review clinical trial data regarding the use of biologics for the treatment of psoriasis
  • Evaluate updated efficacy and safety data regarding biologic therapies for psoriasis
  • Assess studies and case reports describing various treatment strategies for difficult-to-treat psoriasis
